Step 1: Click [ Start ]/[ Control Panel ], and select [ Regional and Language Options ] as shown below.
Step 2: on the “Classic View” and click “Regional and Language” as below
Step 3: On the[ Formats ]tab, select "Chinese (Taiwan)" as shown
Step 3: On the[ Location ]tab, select "Taiwan" as shown.
Step 4: On the[ Administrative ]tab, click on [ Change system locale… ] Select "Chinese (Taiwan)" as shown. Once the settings are complete click [ OK ]. Restart the computer for the new settings to take effect.
